Yes! Browsing smoking areas, searching, and viewing details requires no account. You only need to sign in if you want to add a new smoking area, edit existing ones, rate areas, or add notes.
Tap the "+" button on the home screen. If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in with Google, Apple, or email. Fill in the airport code, terminal, exact location, and any other details you know. Your submission will appear on the map immediately.
Open any smoking area's detail page by tapping it. Scroll to the Rating section and tap the stars (1-5). You can rate each area once. Your rating helps other travelers know what to expect.
"Indoor" smoking areas are enclosed rooms or designated indoor spaces within the terminal. "Outdoor" smoking areas are open-air spaces, typically on terraces or outside terminal buildings. Each area is clearly labeled with a colored badge.
Location data is contributed by travelers like you. We encourage users to provide precise coordinates and descriptions. If you find inaccurate information, please use the "Report" button on the area's detail page to let us know.
No. Your location is used only on your device to sort areas by distance and show your position on the map. We do not store your location on our servers. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
On any smoking area's detail page, tap the flag icon (bottom left) to submit a report. Describe what's wrong and our team will review it. You can also tap "Edit Area" to correct the information directly if you're signed in.
The app is currently available on iOS (App Store) and on the web at asafinder.com. An Android version is coming soon to Google Play.
